PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk., hereinafter referred to as the Company, is a company that currently positions itself as a holding company with a strategic vision providing competitive supply chain management services for the new energy and advanced materials sector in Southeast Asia. Through its business transformation, the Company is committed to developing three main business segments, namely mining, shipping, and trading.

In an effort to achieve its vision, the Company is expanding access to resources and capturing significant opportunities in the integrated mineral supply chain industry in the region. In carrying out its business activities, the Company optimizes its strategic role through the management of its subsidiaries and the provision of various supporting services to enhance operational efficiency and integration across the Group.

Pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was ratified in Notarial Deed No. 6 dated September 17, 2025, the Company approved the change of its name from PT Tourindo Guide Indonesia Tbk. to PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. This name change not only strengthens the Company's identity as it pursues new business activities but also reflects its strategic transformation into a holding company.

Currently, the Company oversees a number of subsidiaries with several business fields, ranging from comprehensive logistics management, domestic sea transportation for general cargo, special cargo, and pioneer shipping services for remote areas, contractor for nickel, coal, gold and other minerals, coal and nickel ore trading.

This transformation is proof of the Company's commitment to creating long-term value for shareholders, employees, business partners, and the wider community, while adapting to developments and the dynamics needs of the industry.
